Call logging
Call logging that nobody has to do.
Every call Damaruka answers lands on the caller's record: what they wanted, what was written down, how long it took and a link to the recording. Found by the number that called.

What a call leaves behind
Each call is one entry on the caller's timeline, written by the receptionist that took it, not typed later from memory.
- A summary in plain words
- The details asked for, such as the kind of matter or the unit
- How long it lasted and when it came in
- A link to the call and its recording in Damaruka
The caller from Monday is the caller from Friday
A call is matched to a person by the number that called. A new number becomes a new person; a known one adds to their timeline.
- One record per phone number or email
- The same call sent twice is kept once
- Test calls are marked as tests
Questions people ask
Does Tieloom record calls?
No. Recordings stay in Damaruka, which took the call. Each entry in Tieloom carries a link to the call and its recording there.
Which phone systems does it log calls from?
Damaruka today, by itself, once connected. Any other system that can send a web request can log a call through Tieloom's API.
Is the same call ever logged twice?
No. Each call carries its own id, and a second copy of the same call is kept once.
Can I add a call by hand?
You can add a note to anyone's timeline, and it says who wrote it. Calls themselves come from the system that took them.
