Set up in three steps
- 1In Tieloom, open Connections and make a key for Damaruka.
- 2In Damaruka, open Apps, choose Tieloom and paste the key. Damaruka checks it and shows your workspace's name.
- 3Send a test from Damaruka. It arrives marked as a test; real calls arrive by themselves from then on.
Questions people ask
Do I need Damaruka to use Tieloom?
No. Anything that can send a web request can write in through the API. Damaruka is the connection that fills Tieloom by itself, from every call it answers.
Does a test call make tasks?
No. A test arrives marked as a test and leaves no task, so you can try the connection without filling today's list.
What about a clinic with health privacy on?
It sends nothing to Tieloom. What a patient said stays in Damaruka.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes. Remove the key in Tieloom and Damaruka's calls stop arriving at once. Everything already written in stays on the records.
