Contact management
One record per person, however they reach you.
A person is matched on their phone number or email, so three calls and a form are one record with one timeline. Nobody types the contacts in.

Found by the number that called
The first call makes the person. Every call after it, and every form your code sends, adds to the same record.
- Matched on phone number or email
- Notes say who wrote them
- Here since the first time they reached you
Bring your list, take it with you
Start with the spreadsheet you already have. A CSV with name, phone, email, company and stage imports in one go, and a row whose number or email is already here fills in what that person is missing.
- Import a CSV up to 2 MB
- Export everyone to a CSV at any time
- No duplicates from an import
Questions people ask
How does Tieloom avoid duplicate contacts?
Every person is matched on their phone number or email. A call or an imported row with a number or email already in the workspace adds to that person instead of making a new one.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV whose first row names any of these columns: name, phone, email, company, stage. Files up to 2 MB; split a bigger one.
Can I export my contacts?
Yes, everyone in the workspace, as a CSV, whenever you want.
Who can see the contacts?
The people you add to the workspace. Owners manage the seats; staff can change records; read only seats can look.
Let the calls fill it in.
Sign in with your email, choose your kind of office and connect Damaruka. The next call writes itself in.
