Autopilot

The CRM that updates itself, and tells you why.

Everything that reaches you is read as it arrives. The deal moves, the follow-up is set and the reply is drafted, each with a reason you can see and undo.

Three things, after every entry.

Moves the deal
Booked, paid, signed, said no: the person moves to the stage that now fits, with the line from the entry that shows it.
Sets the follow-up
When someone at the office must do something, the task is on the list with a date in the office's own calendar, read in any language.
Drafts the reply
Short, plain, in the language the person used, with nothing invented. It waits for you, and opens in WhatsApp, your texts or your email in one tap.

Built to be trusted with your pipeline.

Two models, or a person

Claude Haiku 5.5 proposes; Jev, a separate decisions model, checks the stage on its own. A deal moves by itself only when both agree. Anything less waits for someone.

Nobody talks it into an ending

Won, lost, client, closed: from a call, a text or a form these always wait for a person. Only a payment through Stripe or Razorpay, or a paid Shopify order, can end a deal by itself, and only as won.

Every change has an Undo

Each move and follow-up is in the Autopilot log with its reason, who made it and when. Anyone in the office who can edit can undo it.

Measured, not promised.

30 conversations it had never seen, each labelled before it read them, run as it runs for customers. The wrong one is published with the rest.

Questions people ask

What does the Autopilot read?

Every entry from a connected tool: calls from Damaruka, texts and WhatsApp through Twilio, Stripe and Razorpay payments, Shopify orders, Typeform answers, Calendly bookings, and anything sent through the API or an AI agent. A note your team writes does not set it off, but it is part of the history read with the next entry.

Can I turn it off, or approve everything first?

Yes. One switch per workspace: Autopilot (it acts and you can undo), Approve first (it proposes and waits), or Off.

Does it send anything to my customers?

No. It drafts replies; a person sends them.

How accurate is it?

On 30 held out conversations it put 29 people at the right stage, every move it made by itself was right (6 of 6) and it got 27 of 27 follow-up decisions right. Every case is published.

Which AI does it use, and what does it see?

Claude Haiku 5.5 from Anthropic proposes and Jev from TypeSafe checks. Each sees only the new entry, the person's stage and their recent history, for that one decision, and Jev's copy has names, phone numbers and email addresses taken out. Both are named in our privacy policy.

What does it cost?

Nothing while Tieloom is new. It reads up to 500 entries a workspace a day.
