Follow-ups

Every call back on one list, before anyone asks.

A message left at night, a new client enquiry, a repair request: each one is a call back due the day it came in, urgent ones first. Tick it off and it leaves the list.

Today, overdue and urgent, in that order of attention

The list says what is due today, what slipped from yesterday and what cannot wait. Each task names the person and links to their record.

  • Urgent ones first
  • Overdue ones say so
  • Done in one tap, with an undo

Add one in a line

Anything a call did not create, add yourself: what, and when. Today, tomorrow, in a week or with no date.

  • Tasks from calls say they came from a call
  • Tasks on a person show on their record
  • Everyone in the workspace sees the same list

Questions people ask

Which calls become a follow up?

A message, an enquiry, a new client intake, a repair request, an emergency or a caller asking to be transferred. A call that was fully handled, such as a booking, does not.

Can I set my own follow ups?

Yes. Add a task in a line, due today, tomorrow, in a week or with no date, on its own or on a person's record.

Does Tieloom send reminders by email or text?

Not yet. The list is in Tieloom, with a count of what is due beside Tasks.

Who sees the follow ups?

Everyone in the workspace. Owners and staff can tick them off; read only seats can see them.
