Terms of service

Last updated 18 October 2026.

Plain terms for a plain product: your records are yours, Tieloom is free while it is new, and either of us can end things with notice.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and 4UGUSTA Systems Private Limited, A.P. Colony, Gaya, Bihar 823001, India ("we"), and apply when you use this site or Tieloom. If you use Tieloom for an office, you accept them for that office and confirm you may. Tieloom is for offices and adults over 18. Our privacy policy says how we handle information.

2. What Tieloom does

Tieloom keeps an office's people, their timelines, tasks and pipeline in one place, and turns what our products and the office's own code send in into those records.

Tieloom is software, and what arrives in it can be wrong, especially names, numbers and times written down on a call. Check before you rely on it.

3. Price

Tieloom is free while it is new. Before any part of it costs money we will say what and how much on this site, and tell owners by email at least 30 days before it applies to them.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at once if someone else may have used it. Owners are responsible for the people they add to a workspace and for what is done in it.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep in Tieloom only information you are allowed to keep, and tell the people you keep records of what the law where you are requires.
  • Do not keep health information protected by HIPAA, payment card numbers or passwords in Tieloom.
  • Do not use Tieloom for anything unlawful or to harass anyone.
  • Do not try to break, overload, copy or resell Tieloom, or use its API beyond what it is offered for.

6. Your records are yours

You own what your office keeps in Tieloom. You let us use it only to provide Tieloom to you, as the privacy policy describes; we do not use it to train AI models. You can export your people as a spreadsheet, and delete any person or the whole workspace, at any time.

7. Tieloom is ours

Tieloom, this site, and the software and designs in them belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use Tieloom for your office while you have an account, and nothing more. If you send us ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your workspace. We may suspend or end an account if these terms are broken, if its use puts others at risk, or if we stop offering Tieloom, telling you first where we reasonably can, with time to export your records.

9. No promises beyond these

Tieloom is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including that it will always work, never be wrong, or suit a particular purpose.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You will cover our reasonable costs of a claim brought against us because of how you used Tieloom in breach of these terms or the law.

11. Disputes

Write to us first; most problems are solved that way. If you are in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Gaya, Bihar decide disputes. Everyone else: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and its courts decide disputes.

12. Changes and the rest

We may change these terms; the new version is posted here with its date, and owners are told by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces their rights. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Tieloom.
