A law firm runs inquiry, consultation, client. A property office runs new, in progress, done. A sales office in India runs enquiry, site visit, negotiation, booked.

Questions people ask
Can I change the stages?
Each kind of office comes with its own stages today: clinics, law firms, property management, real estate and any other business. Custom stages are not available yet.
What moves a person forward by itself?
A booking on a call moves them to the stage a booking means for your office, such as Consultation at a law firm. Nothing automatic ever moves anyone backward.
Can I move several people at once?
Yes. Choose them in the list and move them, or delete them, together.
Is there a deal value or forecast?
No. Tieloom tracks people through stages, not money. That keeps it simple for offices that are not sales teams.
