How is the cost worked out?
Calls a week times 52, divided by 12, gives calls a month. That times the share nobody picks up gives missed calls. That times the share who are new callers, times the share who would have become customers, gives customers lost. That times what a customer is worth gives the cost.
Where do the starting numbers come from?
They are examples, there to show how the sum works. Replace every one with your own; the answer is only as good as the numbers you put in.
How do I find my missed calls?
Your phone provider's call log usually shows calls that rang out or went to voicemail. Count a normal week and divide by all calls that week.
